REFUND POLICY

A. Refund Policy
Refund will be entertained for unintended donation. In case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel his donation, we will respond to the donor within 7 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the donor. The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction and the approximate time would be within 30 days of the acknowledgement of the in written complaint. The donor will have to send TPR India Foundation a written request for a refund within 2 days of making the donation to TPR India Foundation’s email office@tprindiafoundation.org along with 1) Proof of the deduction of the donation amount. 2) In cases where the donation receipt has already been issued to the donor, the donor will have to return the original receipt to us at our office addresses.


B. Credit/Debit Card Security
TPR India Foundation is grateful for the donations that help us continue our valuable work. When you donate to TPR India online, your card information is secured; your credit card number is used only for that particular transaction and is not stored. If you allow us to store your credit card or bank information for future use such as recurring donation, such information will be stored by the payment services financial institution. TPR India Foundation only uses financial institution that adheres to the industry standards for storing such information.
